Malachi CDE is a for profit organization and was established in August of 2004 to address affordable housing and community economic development needs in the State of Georgia. In addition to its’ senior housing initiative, Malachi CDE continue to provide affordable housing communities and supportive services that works with public private partnerships to develop a wide range of housing initiatives and community economic development. Together with our partners, we revitalize communities, foster stability for our residents, and promote a healthier planet for future generations. 

Our leadership expert team consists of registered architects and engineers, designated design-build professionals, certified project and property management professionals and licensed general contractors.  MALACHI CDE always provides strong oversight with asset management and coordination of the residential community and supportive services.
